How cool is this: Fans that are sitting at the 18th green will each receive $100 dollars if anyone any gets an ace this weekend.
One million dollars will be split between charities and the player that gets the ace.
$750,000 to charity (AWESOME CALL) and $250,000 to the person with the ace. And everyone at the 18th stands will get $100 bucks. Not a bad day at all.
Also, if there are 2 ace's the million repeats and the fans at the 18th will get $500, and if a three-peat were to happen same formula with the fans banking a cool $1,000.
Way to make something cool for all involved. I hope there is at least one ace today.

July 30, 2010 That IS cool, the only downer is the event at the Greenbrier replaced the Buick Open at Warwick Hills in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Just another kick to the Flint area while we're already down. LOL |

July 30, 2010 Sure wish I was in those stands - I bet there will be a mad rush every morning to fill those stands up. I haven't heard any aces yet so we'll see what happens! Pretty cook though. |
