Well, Well, Well, Big John sure didn't let the Luck-a round 1 players down to much on Thursday.
He indeed had a very colorful scorecard as players were scrambling to decide what he would do on the next hole.
All-in-all, Daly ended his round at -1, while posting 5 birdies, 4 bogeys and 9 pars.
John was driving the ball well as far as distance was concerned, averaging 322.5 yards per drive, while only hitting around 58% of FIRS.
I for one, still remember, VIVIDLY, Big John at Crooked Stick and what a joy it was watching him play golf that weekend. I am a huge JD fan and hope all his demons are behind him and if nothing else he can find that peace in his life again and bring us all some of those memories we all have of "long ball".
We should all still remember "Chicks Dig the Long Ball" or so they say.............
From this JD fan, keep on keeping on John, you are still one of my favorites.

July 30, 2010 I hope John wins again one day. Not sure if he will, but it would be a great sight to see. |

July 30, 2010 I couldn't agree more. The other term I think of with regard to JD is "Keeping it Real". Real good, real bad - its always real with JD. |
